Answer: Yes! Trick-or-Treating takes place during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and anyone can participate! (This is a separate ticketed event - ask me for more info!)

Question: How many hotel rooms are there are Walt Disney World Resort?

Answer: Over 36,000 (including the Disney Springs resorts)!!

Question: How many “jobs” are possible when flying the Millennium Falcon on Smuggler’s Run?

Answer: 3 - Pilot, Gunner and Engineer!!

Question: How many butterbeers have been sold at Universal?

Answer: As of nearly a year ago, 20 million butterbeers have been sold! That’s a lot of deliciousness!!

Question: How many gallons of water does Stormalong Bay Pool at Disney’s Beach and Yacht Club hold?

Answer: 750,000 gallons!! It’s the world’s largest sand bottom pool!

Question: When was the original Lion King film released?

Answer: June 24, 1994 - 25 years ago!!

Question: How much money did Disney make at the box office on opening weekend of Toy Story 4?

Answer: $118 million!!

Question: What does the Blue Milk and Green Milk taste like from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge?

Answer: The Blue Milk has a pineapple/coconut flavor and the Green is said to have an “herbal” taste to it. Sounds like I’ll be sticking with the Blue. Both are dairy free frozen drinks.

Question: How many Gondolas will be in Skyliner system?

Answer: Around 300! And the Disney Skyliner cars are going to move pretty fast.  They will have a cruising speed of 11mph and will slow down to about 1mph when arriving at the station and people are exiting and loading.

Question: Where did the Liberty Bell in Liberty Square at Magic Kingdom come from?

Answer: In 1976, each state received a replica of the Liberty Bell in celebration of the Bicentennial. Since Pennsylvania already had the original, they weren’t sure what to do with the replica so Walt Disney World asked if they could have it for the Magic Kingdom. Pennsylvania agreed and the replica now sits in Liberty Square. Florida is the only state with two replicas made from the cast of the original Liberty Bell.

Answer: Balloons from the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade! Some of the balloons from Macy’s are sent down to Orlando after Thanksgiving. Some are placed around the park so you can get up close to them and see just how big they really are!

Answer: 51,888 feet!!!



Question: How long does it take for the holiday overlay to happen on “it’s a small world” at Disneyland?

Answer: It takes 12 Technical Services cast members 5 nights a week for 7 weeks (35 days!) to install the glittering yuletide façade. Inside the attraction it takes more than 20 Technical Services cast members 18 days in a row to decorate the holiday attraction’s dazzling interior!

Answer:  There are 3 on-site resorts - Disney’s Grand Californian Resort & Spa (Deluxe), Disneyland Hotel (Moderate) and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel (Value).

Answer:  Halloween Horror Nights!! Be forewarned - it’s scary stuff. I do scare easy but this isn’t like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party - kids may be scared!!

Answer:  The Magical Express!! It’s available to any guest that is staying on-site at Disney World.

Answer:  A Ukranian Ironbelly!  He lets out a gasp of fire every 15 minutes or so.  The fire's temperature reaches 3,560 degrees Fahrenheit, which is over 16 times hotter than boiling water!!

 

Question: What does it take to hold your reservation for a Disney World Package (hotel and theme park tickets)?

Answer:  You only need to put down $200 for a package reservation.  Payments can be made along the way or all at once but need to be paid in full at 30 days prior to travel.  Up to 30 days, your deposit is completely refundable if you need to cancel!

 

Question: Which day would be the absolute worst day to go to Disney World if you only had the one day?

Answer:  Christmas Day!  Magic Kingdom often closes to new guests by 10am due to the large crowds!  

 

Question: How many rides that operated on Universal Orlando's opening day are still in operation?

Answer:  The E.T. Adventure is the only ride from Universal’s opening day in 1990 that is still operating today. The other original attractions include Jaws, now the site of Diagon Alley, Earthquake, reopened recently as Fast & Furious: Supercharged, and Kongfrontation, which reopened as Revenge Of The Mummy: The Ride in 2004.
